How to complain

Email complaints@adhdassess.com with your name, the email address linked to your screening, and a description of what went wrong. You can also write to us at our registered office in Bedford. Please include any reference numbers so we can find your record quickly.

What happens next

  • We acknowledge your complaint within three working days.
  • We investigate it fairly, involving our Clinical Lead where the concern is clinical.
  • We aim to give you a full written response within twenty working days, and we will tell you if we need longer.
  • We tell you what we have found, what we are doing about it, and what you can do if you remain unhappy.

If you are still not satisfied

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can escalate it. Concerns about the quality and safety of care can be raised with the Care Quality Commission. Concerns about how we have handled your personal data can be raised with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Our commitment

We treat every complaint as a chance to improve. Raising a concern will never affect the quality of service you receive from us.
